Creative Content, Social Media & Community Manager

This is a remote role for somebody in Latin America on an hourly rate of $4-6 USD per hour.

The Job at a Glance: 

We are seeking a self-starting, ambitious, and proactive Content Creation, Social Media, and Community Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on a hands-on role with big goals.

Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will need a deep understanding of and a proven passion for content, social media, and community building. Extraordinary creativity, proactivity, and attention to detail are essential, as is the drive to adapt quickly, think strategically, and execute at pace.

As the personality, eyes, ears, and community builder of Vivida, you will be at the heart of shaping our brand’s story, both online and offline. From managing and growing our social media presence to creating thumb-stopping content, delighting customers, building strong relationships with ambassadors, and leading impactful collaborations, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering and growing the vibrant Vivida community.

This role is for someone who thrives on taking ownership, working with precision, and executing ambitious ideas to an exceptionally high standard. It’s pivotal to promoting the Vivida brand and product by building strategic partnerships across a wide range of networks. From generating custom changing robe orders with sports clubs to scaling Vivida’s unique opportunity in the Film & TV industry, nurturing relationships with top studios such as Netflix, Disney, and Amazon Studios, and championing Vivida as the number one set coat for warmth, style, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will immediately take on a vast amount of responsibility, driving growth in 4 key pillars of the business:

1 – Creative Content & Social Media (1 day/week) 

  • Develop, create, and edit high-quality video content (both short-form and long-form) and imagery.  Do so quickly and efficiently - prioritising progress over perfection while continuously refining for greater impact. 
  • Leverage Vivida’s library of community-generated content for storytelling.
  • Publish consistently: 3 posts daily across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
  • Deliver 3 thoughtful, editorial-grade email campaigns weekly.
  • Build and expand Vivida’s presence on YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, focusing on growth and engagement.

2 – Community & Partnerships (1 day/week)  

  • Cultivate and expand Vivida’s vibrant community and brand presence.
  • Engage directly with Vivida’s top 200 VIP customers.
  • Nurture relationships and grow Vivida’s team of ambassadors, influencers, affiliates, celebrities, and partners/collaborators.
  • Daily social media engagement and story reshares across each of our Instagram accounts

3 – Film & TV Business Development (2 days/week)  

  • Drive growth by scaling Vivida’s traction in the FIlm & TV industry, selling our coats to top studios and productions. More info at: keepwarmvivida.com 
  • Collaborate closely with our Head of Film & TV to manage leads, email outreach, and research, and convert them to sales. 
  • Build strategic relationships to secure collaborations, partnerships, press opportunities, and product placements with celebrities, musicians, and media & documentary productions.
  • Pursue opportunities with urgency and proactivity—delivering results while maintaining a think-outside-the-box, innovative approach.

4 – Vivida Custom (1 day/week)  

  • Lead the growth of Vivida’s personalised/custom Changing Robes offering
  • Build and nurture Vivida Custom relationships with: events, university groups, sports clubs, complementary brands, organisations, and communities.
  • Take ownership of this revenue and marketing stream—from strategy to execution, you’ll act as the CEO of Vivida Custom, driving its success end-to-end.

Success Metrics:

  • Your performance will be measured against these key KPIs:
  • Growth in social media reach, engagement, saves, and followers/subscribers.
  • Increase in website traffic and email list subscribers
  • Film & TV and Vivida Custom orders secured.
  • Strategic partnerships with high-profile brands and influencers.
  • Product placements with celebrities and in media productions.
  • Percentage growth in pre-orders (demand generation through hype, scarcity, storytelling, ‘reserve’ ‘join the queue’, etc)
  • Growth of ‘Vivida’ brand searches on the internet 
  • Growth in % of customer acquisition that comes from referrals

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Proven expertise in social media management and content creation.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (bonus: for a fashion e-commerce business)
  • Advanced communication, video editing and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • A problem-solver who never comes to the table empty-handed—ready with ideas and solutions.

Bonus [not strictly necessary]:

  • Fluent Spanish
  • Experience in scaling a start-up from $500M to $10M USD annual revenue stage.

Working Requirements:

  • 4-hour overlap with GMT 9AM-6PM
  • As this is a full-time position, this should be your only working role.

Salary & Bonus:

  • 40 hours per week (full-time)
  • $4-6 USD per hour depending on experience aka $640 USD - $960 USD p. month
  • 35 days paid holiday per year 
  • Significant bonus & salary increase potential - if you overperform quickly, your salary will increase quickly
  • After a few years, there is a possibility for top-performers to earn equity in the company and become shareholders

Position: Freelance Photographers / Videographers

We're looking to build long term partnerships with talented freelance photographers and videographers who can bring exceptionally creative content of our products infused with lifestyle & epic nature adventure scenery.

The Ideal candidate:

• Already located / or travel frequently to beautiful scenic locations

• Work experience with other brands in our space or an existing portfolio of strong shots

• Kitesurfer / Surfer / Adventurer / Traveller / Yogi / Traveller / Outdoors & nature enthusiast

• A nimble spirit that can run the end-to-end management, from mood board to creative art direction to model management, etc.

The purpose of this job opening is for us to build up a portfolio of fantastic freelance photographers and videographers that we can contact for future campaigns. We know that as Vivida grows, we will put more resources into visual storytelling & photography. In the near future we will come to need a regular photographer and/or videographer that we work with on a project basis, which will eventually transition to full time in-house role, but this will not happen for a few years.
